We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relations & Sales Coordinator to oversee and enhance our client interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales and analysis to drive business growth. The Customer Relations & Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with clients while supporting internal teams through data entry and analysis.
Duties
Responsibilities would include:
- Responding quickly to all incoming roofing and solar leads
- Intake new leads and enter them into the CRM
- Schedule appointments for outside sales representatives
- Order roof measurement reports
- Build and prepare customer estimates
- Follow up with leads after sales appointments
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
- Communicate project scheduling and updates with customers
- Notify customers of schedule changes or job updates
- Coordinate job details internally with the team
- Order roofing and project materials as needed
- Register manufacturer warranties after job completion
- Assist with invoicing and payment collection
- Support general customer service and administrative tasks
Qualifications
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or client relations management.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated analysis skills with the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
